This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DoItPal
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our DoItPal software ("Software") directly from DoItPal or indirectly through a DoItPal authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the DoItPal software. It provides a license to use the DoItPal software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the DoItPal software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the DoItPal software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by DoItPal herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any DoItPal updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
DoItPal hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the DoItPal software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the DoItPal software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the DoItPal software.
1. DoItPal Service Overview
DoItPal offers users task management software services, “DoItPal”, which allow users to organize tasks, projects, and goals in one place.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms on your behalf represents and warrants that they have authority to bind you to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access the Pro Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may not be required to provide us with any information about yourself since you will use your Apple ID for registration and DoItPal doesn't access any Information from you.
4. General Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in the currencies provided on the https://www.mikecodes.dev/doit-pal website and, except as expressly provided by applicable law, are non-refundable.

DoItPal reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. DoItPal will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. DoItPal may change the price of any feature of the Service; if this occurs, DoItPal will provide you advance notice of the changes before they apply. DoItPal, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of DoItPal’s customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.

Authorization:

You authorize DoItPal and its third party payment processors to charge all sums for the orders that you make and any level of Service you select as described in these Terms or published by DoItPal, including all applicable taxes, to the payment method specified in your subscriptions menu in your Apple id.

Subscription Service:

The Service may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (“Subscription Service”). If you activate a Subscription Service, you authorize DoItPal or its third party payment processors to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or your account, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums. The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription to the Service. For information on the “Subscription Fee”, please see https://www.mikecodes.dev/doit-pal. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees and taxes for the next subscription period (e.g., monthly billing periods will be billed on the same day each month). The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. DoItPal or its third party payment processor will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your payment information). 5. DoItPal Service Products
DoItPal Pro.

You may choose to use the free version of DoItPal or the paid subscription version of DoItPal (“DoItPal Pro”), which automatically renews at the end of your billing period consistent with the terms of Section 4. DoItPal does not represent or guarantee when, if ever, DoItPal Pro features will be available in the free version of DoItPal. You can upgrade from the free version of DoItPal Pro at any time by following instructions on https://www.mikecodes.dev/doit-pal.

You have to pay $1.99 Canadian Dollars for a one month subscription.

You have to pay $18.99 Canadian Dollars for a one year subscription.
You are not permitted to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
use the Software for any purpose that DoItPal considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
Intellectual Property and Ownership
DoItPal shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of DoItPal.
DoItPal reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to DoItPal.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
